Executive Committee and Related Meeting, March 5-10, 2012

Dear ECM members and NGS members,

Greetings from APAY.

I thank you all for the great participation and contribution for the General Assembly in Sept 2011, then Leaders Quadrennial Roundtable in Dec 2011 and the coming Executive Committee Meeting (ECM) in March 2012. I would like to inform you the final plan and time schedules for the ECM as attached. This year, since it is the start for the new quadrennial years, we plan several things during ECM as well as before and after the ECM. Please read those attached documents carefully for your participation and reservation.  I know the nominations of the Standing Committee Members only will be finalized by Feb 25, we need to have your response by January 31 for the room reservation.

I thank both YMCAs in Hong Kong for a great contribution. This year, we plan to have leadership summit. We also conduct Resource Mobilization workshop on 10th March. APAY will focus on capacity building on Resource Mobilization. For this we decided to have a special consultation day on March 11th with two resource persons. Ron will be our RM advisor for helping develop trainings in countries that plan to develop such trainings in the own movements.
