Executive Committee and Related Meeting, March 5-10, 2013

Dear YMCA Leaders, Colleagues and Friends,

 

This is to inform that the Executive Committee and Related Meetings of the Asia and Pacific Alliance of YMCAs will be held at 2:00 p.m. on March 5 to 10, 2013.

 

Please note that we have planned to hold the Training sessions on March 5 & 6 regarding Governance & Resource Mobilization during the Executive Committee Meeting to further enhance the Participation of our YMCAs in the region and input of our members. Please plan your arrival according to our schedule.

 

For the Youth Representative Members (only invited ones), we conduct necessary training sessions from March 8 to 10 at Wu Kwai Sha Youth Village. They are welcome to observe the Executive Committee Meeting if they want.

 

Relevant documents, including the Daily Programme Schedule, Registration /Accommodation Form, Proxy Form, and form of In Memoriam are enclosed for your kind attention and action.

 

It is important that duly completed participation form reaches the APAY Secretariat not later than 11 February 2013, to facilitate room reservations and other arrangements.

Please be reminded that all travel, board and lodging costs shall be the responsibility of the individual member of her/his movement. The Alliance may be able to consider partial subsidies for only a limited number of participants from those movements that have financial constraints. Please contact me before 11 February 2013 should you require some assistance to participate in the meetings.
