INVITATION TO SUBMIT OFFER TO HOST 18 TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY, 2011

We request National Movements that wish to host the 18 th General Assembly in 2011 may submit their offers by completing the attached Questionnaire and returning the same to the APAY Secretariat before 15 January 2010 .

A Summary List of potential Hosts will be presented to the Executive Committee in March 2010 for consideration and decision. The selected Host Movement and the Asia and Pacific Alliance of YMCAs would then have lead-time of more than one year for planning and preparation.
