Call for Applications: External Evaluation of the APAY Climate Defenders Project

The Asia and Pacific Alliance of YMCAs (APAY) invites qualified parties to submit an offer to conduct an external evaluation of the Climate Defenders project, part of the YMCA Vision 2030 on Sustainable Planet.

Launched in January 2023, the project empowers young people to take action on climate change while supporting local and national YMCAs in becoming greener movements. It promotes climate change awareness, sustainable lifestyles, climate resilience, and the long-term goal of achieving carbon net zero by YMCAs by 2050.

The evaluation will assess the project’s relevance, outcomes, and impact, identify key lessons for future project cycles, and inform decisions on potential continued funding and programme development.
