On 26 June 2021, Saturday, it was a joyous day for Savar YMCA Youth Forum members because the Christian Religious Welfare Trust arranged a workshop with a theme “Ethics and Morality”. 170 youth participated in this workshop and 35 youth members were from Savar YMCA. Participants were from various churches and organization of Savar area. This workshop was in collaboration of Savar YMCA and Dharenda Mission Tarun Sangha. The Workshop was Presided by, Mr. Nirmol Rozario, Secretary, Christian Religious Welfare Trust, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. President, Bangladesh Christian Association and Bangladesh Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council. The Chief Guest and resource persons for the workshop was Dr. Rev. Fr. Joyti F. Costa, Director, Catholic Bishops Conference of Bangladesh (CBCB). Special Guest and resource person Dr. Rev. Fr. Lintu F. Costa, Parish Priest, Saint Joseph Church, Shulpur. Special guest Mr. Tapan Thomas Rozario, President, and Vice- President Mr. Jony Hubert Rozario of Savar YMCA, and Rev. Albert Halder were present. The program started with a prayer and well-come speech by Mr. Nirmol Rozario, Mr. Tapan Thomas Rozario and Mr. Jony Hubert Rozario. Our Chief guest Dr. Rev. Fr. Joyti F. Costa talked about “The Importance and necessity of Values, morality and Christian spirituality in human life in a changing society”. Dr. Rev. Fr. Lintu F. Costa talked about “Health Awareness and Healthy Family Life”. All the participants were very attentive during the session. We believe they have learned and achieved many known and unknown values in their life. We hope that this workshop will change their life style for better future. The workshop ended with speeches and thanks giving from organization leaders to Christian Religious Welfare Trust, for successful arrangement of the program. Special appreciation was given to Savar YMCA and Dharenda Mission Torun Sangha. Finally, Mr. Nirmol Rozario gave his closing speech, thanked everyone for their cooperation, and announced the end of the program.
