The Change Agents orientation and training was conducted in Wu Kwai Sha, YMCA Youth Village in Hong Kong on 8-10 March 2013. Twenty-six change agents who did not attend last year GCE Training in Sri Lanka participated to this training.

Those Change Agents, selected by each National Council, have very deferent profiles & backgrounds, amazing personal stories of transformation and growth through YMCA program and activities. They have one thing in common; that is willingness to lead our YMCA and increase its impact in the community and other young people. That will bring more visibilities of YMCA in each country. All Change Agents can impact YMCA like this, 240 – 260 Change Agents all over the World, will make the global YMCA strong and become very visible in the World.

The Journey for Change needs to equip the Change Agents with leadership skills to bring out changes in their respective YMCAs. This will take place over a period of two years (up to September 2015).
